Outstanding plumbing service! I had a slab leak at my house, R&R was recommended as now having residential plumbing services. Brian came over and quickly located the leak and had a re-route in place in about half a day. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Very professional. He was able to find the manifold through a closet and route to my exterior wall kitchen sink unobtrusively behind some cabinet drawers, so we didn't need any drywall repair which is amazing. Even put a perfect patch around the hole behind the cabinets (not that you'd really be able to see it anyway). Was relieved for the quick restoration after another company wanted to dig under the slab for a lot more money which made zero sense to me. Brian agreed that's a common sales tactic but not what he'd do. I'm confident he addressed my problem the same as he'd have done for his own home, including final cleanup and walkthrough.

Great service all around! From working with the office staff, the owner and the crew who replaced my septic tank! Everyone was on top of things, professional and easy to work with. They took the time to get me a very thorough quote vs other companies I contacted for the job. Once I decided to go with them they were out here in a very timely manner. The job went smoothly over a few days and the manager of the project kept us updated well throughout the process. They had to remove part of my metal fence to get equipment into the yard and they put it back just as it was and touched up the paint in the areas they removed. I highly recommend this company!

I used R&R to clear my land and install a septic system. Not only did they do an incredible job, they were also amazing to work with. For both jobs they quoted me a very fair and reasonable price and stuck to it. They are very professional and efficient. David always kept me up to date with scheduling, and if anything changed, he was quick to let me know and never left me hanging or wondering when they would be there. The ladies in the office were always helpful and took care of all my needs or questions. It’s getting hard to find companies with good reputations and even harder to find ones that stand up to those reputations. I will definitely continue do business with them in the future.

R&R Construction provides port a john/hand washing station services for 2 of my sand plants in West Texas. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and obeys all of our Plant Policies while on the premises. Their office staff is always helpful and easy to work with. I have used R&R for my septic tank clean out 3 times and each time they are very professional and fast. They show up when they say they will be there. after each call they have been there with in 12 hours , Very friendly and they tell me all about what they are doing and what I should do to help with the regular preventive maintenance. In March of 2020, the beginning of COVID for our area, R&R Construction delivered a hand sanitizing station to our store. They had one left in their supply. This was at a time that hand sanitizer could not be found. They also charged us their normal rate when others were charging a premium. They were prompt and professional, both at the time of delivery as well as when they serviced the station. I would highly recommend R&R Construction.

Excellent service from both technicians. Pumped my tank the day after I called. Explained to me the size of the tank, where the drain field was located, etc. and then sent another tech out to install a riser with a lid. The ladies in the office are great and the owner even called to follow up on the service. Would highly recommend to anyone in this area looking for this type of service. Thanks. BT
